Classycle View Toolbar

• Refresh the current analyse.
  The analyse is restarted with the same project as the one used for the current results even if another project where selected.
• and Toggle the detail view from horizontal to vertical respectively from vertical to horizontal
• Export the results of the current analyse to XML.
  The XML format is exactly the same as the one produced by Classycle. The produced XML report refers to the XSL transformation reportXMLtoHTML.xsl which is provided by Classycle. Modern Web browser are able to render the XML report with the help of this XSL transformation. Otherwise an XSLT processor (like xalan) is needed to create an HTML document from the XML report.

Classycle Results View

• Summary:
  This tab contains general information about the analyses. By selecting one of the links in the Quick Links group, a jump to the concerned part like will be done.
• Class Cycle:
  
This tab show the Class Cycle found by the analyse. The indicate that, with a double click, more information will be shown in the Detailed View.
• Package Cycle:
  This tab show the Package Cycle found by the analyse. The indicate that, with a double click, more information will be shown in the Detailed View.
• Layer:
  The Layer Tab show the layer graph and there dependencies. With a Double Click in a layer block, the Detailed View will show the content of the layer
  When traversing a dependency arrow, a tooltip will show the classes dependencies between the two layers.
• Classes/Packages:
  This Tab show all packages and classes found by the analyse. A double click on a class name will open the corresponding source into the java editor but only if the source can be found within the project. The indicate that, with a double click, more information will be shown in the Detailed View.
